Volunteering for OLOL? New to the Parish or School and want to Volunteer?
There are lots of way to volunteer with OLOL...if your volunteer work involves working with children (sports, school activities, scouts, children's liturgy) or working with adults in need (homebound, St. Vincent de Paul, etc.) we would love you to assist. However, you must attend a Protecting God's Children Workshop and complete necessary paperwork prior to volunteering. You are required to attend the workshop once, but paperwork is required for each parish location for which you volunteer. Sign up for a workshop today! Any questions, please contact the Child Safety Coordinator for OLOL, Deb McCarthy at 726-6200.

If your listing is missing or inaccurate, please call or email the rectory. The guide is provided at no cost to our parish and is subsidized by local businesses who advertise. If you would consider advertising your business in the parish directory, please call the rectory, 314.726.6200.

Interested in being a Catechist?
St. Joseph PSR serves the children of Our Lady of Lourdes as well as several other parishes and is currently looking for people who have a love of the Catholic Faith and would consider helping us pass this faith onto the next generation. One does not need to be a professional teacher in order to be a catechist. This spring we are hoping to start a formation program for potential catechists. On Monday, January 8 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. we will have an informational meeting in the school building at St. Joseph parish. Come and find out about Catechist formation, meet the coordinator for Religious Education, and see if God is calling you to be a catechist at St. Joseph. If you would like more information please call the PSR office at 314.727.9059 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
